1. About the service
Gothic Girls AI (gothicgirlsai.lol) provides browser-based AI portrait and image style tools. It is an independent creative service and is not affiliated with Media.io, Wondershare, or any social media platform referenced on this site.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country and must provide accurate information.
3. Plans and billing
Paid plans are processed by Stripe. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly and annual subscriptions renew annually until canceled. Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude local taxes. Card data is entered on Stripe and is not stored by Gothic Girls AI.
4. Generation capacity
Creative processing uses shared capacity. During busy periods, an eligible request may wait in a simulated or real queue. Queue position and estimated timing are not guaranteed completion times.
5. Your content
You retain the rights you hold in photos and prompts you submit. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to use and transform the content. Do not upload content that infringes another person’s rights or violates applicable law.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Gothic Girls AI to impersonate people, harass others, create unlawful content, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or attempt to reverse engineer protected systems.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but features may change, pause, or be removed. We may update these terms and will publish the current version on this page.
